International experience from Aker and Wartsila with several years located in US, Canada and France.

Reidar has a MSc in mechanical engineering from NTNU (Norway) and further followed several business leadership programs by IMD (Switzerland) and others.

He has had many management director positions before he joined Vanir Green Industries as a co-founder of Freija A.S.

Decades of internationally development and project experience and deep technical expertise from the gas and renewable energy industry.

Before joining Freija he has held many key positions at global companies such as Wartsila.

Sebastian holds MSc degree in Environmental Engineering from Freiberg University of Technology.

Sebastian also helps drive the growth of Freija, building and leading critical functions including strategy and leading external and commercial partnerships.

Tore Ivar has a MSc in mechanical engineering from NTNU (Norway) and an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg school of management.

After working in large multinational oil service companies for many years, his impatience with bureaucracy saw him venture in to project development where he has successfully been responsible for project financing, development, construction and operation of more than 1 GW of Norwegian Wind Power.

He then went on to become one of the founders of Freyr Batteries (NYSE listed 2021).

Anders Hærland

Anders has a MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics.

Following a career start as a strategy consultant, Anders worked as a political advisor for the Norwegian Labor party’s parliamentary group.

From 2006 to 2011, Anders headed Statoil’s CEOs office, reporting to the CEO and President of Statoil. He has been investment director in Equinor Ventures, Vice President and Head of Equinor Future Business, and Project Director Batteries in Equinor.

Kris has a MA in Management from St. Andrews University.

He started his career as a strategy consultant, before joining the investment bank Pareto. There he spent 10 years working in Corporate Finance, leaving as Partner and Head of Metals and Mining Globally.

Following a period as Managing Director for a family office, he joined ProCorp, an M&A focused boutique investment bank, as COO and then CEO.
